Nigel Dacre

Before launching Inclusive Digital, Nigel worked with Ten Alps for five years, where he was the founder Chief Executive of Teachers TV and Managing Director of Ten Alps Digital.

Previously, he was the Editor of ITV News, in charge of News at Ten and the 24-hour ITN News Channel. He was also the Editor of the 1997 and 2001 General Election Results programmes, and the Princess Diana Funeral programme. He was made a Fellow of the Royal Television Society in 2002.

Simon Keating - Senior Video Producer

Simon specialises in corporate video production. He has filmed and edited video content for a range of clients including Cambridge University, Clifford Chance, Standard Life, NHS, Virgin Media and The Portland Hospital.

He is a graduate of the London Film Academy, a trained television journalist, and edits on the Avid Media Composer 5.

Greg Kiley - Senior Developer

Greg has eight years experience of developing websites and interactive applications - both in the private and public sector. He has worked at CDAA Design, Plastyk Studios and M-cube Media.

His programming skills include Java, PHP, .NET, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as knowledge of SEO and Accessibility standards.

Javier Prieto - Web Developer and Designer

Javier is a highly experienced web developer and has worked for digital companies in London and Spain. Before joining Inclusive, he worked for London-based Datum Protect as a web-based applications analyst, designer and developer.

As well as HTML, CSS, PHP, Ajax, and jQuery skills, Javier has detailed knowledge of running servers, networks and UNIX systems.

Hazel Dormer - Senior Designer

Hazel is an award-winning designer. Her work includes branding, digital design and television animation.

She uses a range of digital and animation graphics tools - including Adobe Creative Suite 5 Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.

Stephanie Howe - Digital Producer

Stephanie leads the web production team. Since completing a masters degree, she has worked as a researcher for Tiger Aspect Productions, Wall to Wall Television and ITV Studios on documentary series. She has experience of content management systems, Sony Z series cameras, and Final Cut Pro editing.

Toby Clarke - Consultant Digital Video Producer

Toby has a background in TV having worked for Pulse Films, The Bureau of Investigative Journalism and Endemol. He has produced a range of videos for Inclusive in the UK and abroad - for clients such as The National Jazz Archive, The Health Foundation, The Royal Society of Medicine and Total Greek Yoghurt.'

Steve Perkins - Director, Local Digital News

Steve's background is as a senior broadcasting regulator, with extensive experience of TV licensing processes and Broadcasting Code compliance. Posts included Controller of Programme and Advertising Standards at the ITC and most recently Head of Content Policy for Ofcom.

At Ofcom he directed reports on developing policy for local TV, including a 2010 report to the Secretary of State for Media on Emphasising Localness in the PSB System.

Local Digital News is a company formed jointly by Nigel Dacre and Steve Perkins. It is based at the Inclusive Digital offices in London.

Ashok Shah FCCA - Finance Director

Ashok has worked as Finance Director for Teachers TV and as Head of Finance for the TV production company Brook Lapping. He is a member of the ACCA - the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
