Health Foundation

This is the second in a series of case study films produced for the Health Foundation. This video was filmed at the Ministry of Health in The Hague, Netherlands. It examined the issue of personal health budgets. Other films in the series  covered topics such as domestic abuse, and were filmed in Bristol, London and the United States.
