Professional Event Filming

Because live events don’t pause for retakes.

We are experienced in event filming for conferences, awards and corporate events.

Event filming isn’t just about pointing cameras at a stage. It’s about understanding what matters, capturing it cleanly, and delivering footage you’ll actually want to use — whether that’s highlights, full sessions, or content for future promotion.

We film events with broadcast-quality production values, ensuring the best outcome for your event and taking the pressure off you.

Trusted since 2007.

Event Filming Promo

2021 - 2023

Here is a recent event filming promo - showing how we provide high-quality event filming services for businesses, professional organisations, and charities. We film a wide range of events, from prestige conferences to product launches.

Association of Anaesthetists: Lecture Filming

January 2023, London

We filmed a series of lectures at the Association of Anaesthetists Winter Scientific Meeting (WSM) at the QEII conference centre in London. The example above shows how we can take a recording of the presenter along with their slides and edit them together into an engaging video for an online audience.

NYT: Event Filming

March 2018, London

In this example, we filmed a high profile New York Times interview in London. Author Yuval Noah Harari was in conversation with the New York Times Editor Thomas Friedman, at Central Hall Westminster. Our producers carried out a quick turn-round edit – so that the interview was able to be made live alongside an article later that night on the New York Times website.

RCVS: Event Filming

November 2019, London

Our cameras captured the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ Fellowship Day 2019 at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, London. Using our standard lecture kit (Sony PXW-X200 HD Camera, Atomos kit, tripod, and slide capture device), we filmed the Fellows’ presentations. The speakers were then edited alongside their slides in a dual panel format – an example can be viewed above.
